OTTAWA, Dec. 4 /CNW Telbec/ – The finishing touches are being applied to the Delegation of the Ismaili Imamat, situated at 199 Sussex Drive in Ottawa.

The building is established by His Highness the Aga Khan, 49th hereditary Imam, or spiritual leader, of the Shia Ismaili Muslims, and founder and chairman of the Aga Khan Development Network (AKDN). This new building will be officially inaugurated on Saturday, December 6, 2008.

Media are invited to attend a photo opportunity to view the public spaces of this new addition to the Capital’s ceremonial route and take in the final preparations for the inauguration ceremony to be presided over by His Highness the Aga Khan and attended by Canadian dignitaries and guests.
