Amyn Keshavjee is a fine example of a busy and active member in City of Ottawa. Amyn maintains a fine balance between work and volunteering, between being a son and a father. He is a member of the Ottawa Senators Foundation for the past eight years helping out with various programs and charity events sponsored by the Ottawa Senators and the Sens Foundation.
He is a volunteer with the National Hockey League and can be seen at several NHL events including the Annual Draft and NHL All Star Weekend.
He is a member of the United Way GCWCC campaign and through his efforts in organizing the annual Bowling event at PWGSC, he has helped to raise over $10k for the United Way GCWCC.
Over the years and presently he takes on the role of a logistics coordinator with Martin Luther King Foundation for Ottawa, celebrating Martin Luther King Day on Parliament Hill.
As an active volunteer, his contribution also varies from the Ismaili Volunteer Corps to a past Walk Convenor for the Aga Khan Foundation Canada Partnership Walk.
