Mukwano’s Alykhan Karmali enters into Shs 112 billion deal for construction of Acacia Mall, Kampala

A key player in Uganda’s real estate business has said the sector has a lot of growth potential given the increasing need of business space.

Speaking at the signing of the Shs112 billion deal between Roko and the Mukwano Group, for the construction of the Acacia Mall, Mr Alykhan Karmali, the Mukwano Group managing director said real estate has become the ‘next big thing’, thus investors can no longer ignore the sector due to its fast rate of growth and the need for business space.
