It has the largest ice field with North America’s most genetically diverse grizzly population, surrounded by the world’s largest non-polar ice-fields as well as mountain goats, moose and wolves.Flying up at high altitudes, we had to go through one of the remotest parts of Yukon, between mountainous ranges and a sea of glaciers.
