Naheed Bardai appointed to the Board of Habitat for Humanity, SaskatoonNaheed grew up in Ontario, studied law at the University of Ottawa and began practicing law in Ottawa before moving to Saskatoon (for a girl).  He is now married to that girl and they have two young children together.  Naheed is a partner at the law firm of MacPherson Leslie & Tyerman LLP where he has been practicing law for the last 12 years.  He specializes in construction law, condominium law and commercial litigation.  He is a past president of the Canadian Condominium Institute for Northern Saskatchewan, and a past president of the Saskatchewan Trial Lawyers Association.  He has also served as vice chair for the Ismaili-Muslim Council for the Prairies, been a past chair of the Ontario Bar Association Young Lawyers Division (Ottawa), served on the Board of Junior Achievement Saskatchewan for a number of years and has been involved with the Manuary campaign (ENT cancer campaign) and the United Way.  In his spare time, Naheed plays piano and guitar and enjoys photography.
