Ismaili youth of Pakistan, under the guidance of Sonal Bahadur Ali, have started an initiative called “Parindey” which focuses on working for stress relieve and reducing the impact of violent extremist actions in the community through creative remedies. The team is a huge believer of mental and emotional well-being and offers regular therapy and counseling, music remedy, play therapy and art therapy.
They have recently conducted the art and music therapy session for the first time in Pakistan for Thalassemia patients.
