The Best of YouTube, by Sahil BadruddinSahil Badruddin is a graduate of The University of Texas at Austin with majors in chemical Engineering, Religious Studies (focus on Islam and Ismaili Studies), and History (concentration in History of Religions). His paper, “Persecution and Violence: The Shia Nizari Isma’ilis in the Middle Ages” was accepted and honoured at the 2016 Undergraduate Awards, the world’s largest and most distinguished international undergraduate academic awards programme. Sahil often organizes speaking events for intellectuals; in the past, he has helped intelligentsias such as Mohamed Keshavjee at the University of Texas at Austin, Shafique Virani at Yale University and Reza Aslan at the University of Madison-Wisconsin.
