Cimone Rajan | Jubilee Arts Canada

"I grew up in a very musical household surrounded by different genres of music. My dad was a musician, and while watching him perform as a child, I instantly knew that I wanted to pursue music. When my dad saw this passion I shared with him at an early age, he started scouting for performances that I could participate in and also began giving me vocal lessons at home. His influence greatly contributed to who I am as an artist today." * * "In terms of my creative process, my faith plays a huge role. Music is almost like meditation to me. I find peace and solemn when submersing myself into the depth of the music I am creating. When struggling during my creative process, I look to my faith for the gift of song that I can use to make a positive mark in the world, no matter how big or small it may be." * * "State of Grace" by Taylor Swift, cover by Cimone Rajan, Calgary. @imcimone @theismailiprairies * * #JACanada #celebratethearts #diamondjubilee #onejamat
